These terms apply to the Calculator Android app and policy information pages provided by Fidei Trading Limited. Please read these terms and the Privacy Policy when using the app. For questions, contact ymwotow411846@gmail.com.
1. Features and intended use
The app provides general calculation, calculation history, notes, a separate notebook, and display, speech, and accessibility preferences. Available features depend on the version you install and your device's capabilities.
Results may be affected by input format, decimal places, rounding settings, and software limits. For calculations, records, or subsequent decisions that require accuracy, check your inputs and results and retain any independent records you need. The app does not promise suitability for uses requiring specific certification or a particular guarantee of precision.
2. Lawful use and software rights
You may use a lawfully obtained copy of the app in accordance with applicable law and the distribution platform's terms. Do not use it for unlawful activity, to infringe others' rights, to damage devices, or to bypass applicable security measures.
The app's software, interface, and assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws, and the relevant rights belong to their respective owners. These terms do not transfer those rights or restrict uses expressly permitted by applicable law or other rights that cannot be excluded.
3. Your content
You retain your existing rights in the notes, titles, calculation records, and other content you enter. You decide what to record and are responsible for having the right to use that content. Recording content locally does not transfer ownership of it to us.
The current app does not provide a social platform for publishing notes or communicating with other users, or a developer-operated cloud-notebook account. The Privacy Policy explains the app's data practices and the system services you use.
4. Saving, deletion, and backup
The app stores calculation and notebook data locally. Successful saving depends on device storage and system conditions. If a save-failure message appears, retain your current editor content and retry.
You can use the corresponding deletion controls in the app. Clearing calculation history first moves it to the recycle bin; the separate notebook has no in-app recycle bin for deleted notes. Resetting preferences does not clear history or notes. Clearing app storage through the system or uninstalling the app may remove local data.
The app allows Android system backup, but we do not guarantee that a backup will occur, be complete, or be recoverable. Backup is controlled by the system and your service settings, and restoring an older backup may bring back deleted content. We cannot manage third-party backups for you or withdraw copies already copied or shared. Keep independent records where needed.
5. Devices and third-party services
Speech depends on an installed offline voice for the relevant language. Screen readers, keyboards, the clipboard, system sharing, and backup are provided by the systems and services you select and may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The availability and processing of those third-party features are not independently controlled by this app.
Policy pages may be delivered by hosting, network, and security providers such as Cloudflare. Viewing those pages requires a network connection, but local calculation and note-taking in the app do not depend on uploading your content to the policy website.
6. Charges and feature changes
The current app has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Any charge for downloading the app is the price actually shown to you by the distribution platform. If paid features or subscriptions are added later, the applicable price, features, and transaction conditions should be clearly shown before you purchase. These terms do not promise paid features that are not currently provided.
We may improve or adjust the app's features. Updates and compatibility depend on your device, operating system, and distribution platform. These terms do not guarantee that any feature will remain unchanged indefinitely and do not affect rights you have under applicable law.
7. Support and service limitations
We receive questions and feedback at the email address above. Please describe the issue and any necessary device or version information, and avoid sending unrelated sensitive content. We do not provide remote access to your local notes and do not guarantee recovery of deleted or damaged content.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available and in its provided condition, without a promise that it will be entirely free of errors, interruptions, or data loss. No limitation excludes a warranty, liability, consumer right, or other statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Stopping use and changes to these terms
You may stop using or uninstall the app at any time. The Privacy Policy explains local-data deletion and system-backup controls.
We may update these terms and state a new effective date. Where additional notice or consent is required by law, we will follow those requirements. Disputes and mandatory rights are subject to the relevant applicable law. These terms do not require you to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived or limit mandatory consumer protections or statutory remedies.
